To place a special order, please email us the item name preferably with a picture, manufature name, and release date if known.
We will give you a quote including shipping after you place your request.
Special Order for Pre-order Item
A minimum $10 or 10% (which ever is higher) non-refundable deposit is required if you decide to go ahead with the pre-order.
Special Order for Released Item
You may not cancel you special request/order if we confirm with you that we can order from our supplier. You will be charged the full amount of the item plus shipping upfront. Please allow 2-4 weeks for items to arrive in our warehouse.
