Hello, this may be the first time I registered on a fig website.

Actually, I just made a pre-order for a figurine but am quite nervous about the whole ordeal.

This particular figurine "Makoto Kikuchi Brilliant Stage" I have been waiting for quite a while, and I must say that I am very excited for it. Needless to say, I went to the bank, deposited a large sum, and made the order. -- just a question though, how much can this site guarantee me that I will be able to obtain the figurine ? The order date ends at 11/30, and I ordered about 2 days ago; now it says sold out.

I'm quite nervous, actually. The status on my account says Confirmed, so I guess I shouldn't be worrying; should I? What can go wrong?

The mods here are also employee's of tl, and they all are pretty active on orders etc.

Sounds great. Even a little bit of assurance from a random poster (Hi :>) already made me a bit at ease. It's just that the release date is what.. half a year? from now and I'm worrying alot can happen by then.

Only thing that I can think of that could happen is the vendor shorts their order, at which case it'll be first come first serve on the first batch. Then once they get the rest they'll fill the backorders. And welcome to the forumz.

Honestly? No idea. I have stuff pre-ordered from TL myself, but I haven't received anything from them yet since they're all future dates.

Will do, but I do expect some delays, especially with Japan in the state it's in right now. So if it happens it happens.

I wouldn't worry about your order. As Drakke mentioned, sometimes things get delayed due to various reasons. The quake is definitely mucking with shipping and production.

I wouldn't worry about it being listed as sold out now. That just means that enough people have ordered the figure to coincide with what Toyslogic has ordered from their distributors. However, I tend to suspect that Toyslogic tends to over-order on certain items since they also take a lot of figures to anime conventions to sell.

Thanks for the response, I'm guessing I should be fine if they tend to over-order. Still praying for Japan since the quake; really unfortunate that it happened in the first place..

Hi, welcome ^^ wish I caught this sooner, I been sick lately and running around a lot. If you ordered it and it was still in stock, you don't have much to worry about, and we should get it to you as soon as its avaliable (did you pre-order, or regular order it?) if its a regular order, it should have gone out immediately on the business day after the money was accepted, please do not worry ^^ if something DOES happen, you will be informed ^^

It was a pre-order and I ordered it a few days before it said Sold Out, so yes I ordered it while it was still in stock.
