I actually just got that single by Hikki. Beautiful World is a pretty good song, as well as Kiss & Cry. I haven't checked out her latest single though, boku wa Kuma.

you guys got me on this one. I usually skip the opening and ending to go straight into the show. I guess I don't have the patient to listen to the same things like 50 times (especially like Bleach and other longer series).

J-Pop is not my cup of tea, I do like Japanese Jazz artists Smile

I got 4cd today, 3 by Lia and one of Kotoko.
Cost about 12,450 Y (107 u.s.d).
From:www.cdjapan.co.jp

The cd singel from Kotoko is taken from a film real oni gokko, and it has two good songs and a dvd music video with some parts of the film in it.

The cd's by Lia are good, but the first vol is mostly techno/trance music.
The other two are better, and her singing is just wonderful. Lia also sings songs in english, so it is not all in japanese. If you are familiar with Lia you will hear songs from the anime: air, clannad, tomoyo after. All in all the three volumes are ok. The first is only one cd, and the two other have two cd's, and all come with a nice booklet.

This is the first time I've seen a pic of Kotoko, she's pretty. Lia, I haven't heard of before, but she is also pretty and if she sang songs for air then she's worth checking out.

Just pretty Gemini?

I was thinking more along the lines of Hotness +1, but then again I'm easily attracted to Japanese women.

I use the hotness scale for figs only, and since these are real people I don't use a scale. I just call it the way I see it. Although, Kotoko looked similar to this one chinese girl in my speech class many years ago. I thought about asking her out, but never did since I'm a shy person and her interests didn't match mine.

I don't really listen to much Jpop at all, I have a Kotoko album, some Maaya Sakamoto stuff, Akino Arai, but mostly I listen to rock or some other stuff:
Asian Kung-Fu Generation
The Back Horn
the pillows
UVERworld (sometimes)
175R
Janne Da Arc
ORESKABAND
Orange Range (not so much anymore)
Soul'd Out (Hip hop)
Nujabes (Also Hip hop, FXXXing GREAT)
Yoshida Kyoudai (blend of folk and modern featuring shamisen players)

As for OST's the onyl stuff I listen to regularly is:
Heatguy-J OST
Hellsing TV series OST
Trigun OST
Gungrave OST
Samurai Champloo OST's
Eureka seveN OST's

I have more than that, just don't listen to them alot.

Hmm, i really dont listen to much in the way of Sound Tracks (of any kind) or J-Pop.

The only ones i own are for Shakugan no Shana of course.

I have the first season, the movie and the intro/outro for Shana Second. The sound track for second hasnt been released yet, but i've already pre-ordered that one too. Other then that, it isnt likely for me to get any more unless another season or movie follows.

You know i been debating on mentioning this for a while so imma let you guys into why i laugh everytime i see you guys mention a fig as Hotness +1.

I dunno if any of you guys ever played FFXI. It's the MMO final fantasy for pc/ps2/360. Anyways been playing it for about 4 years now and the funny thing is that when you craft something in the game, you have a chance to HQ it, meaning you will get a High Quality item thats a bit better then the NQ which is Normal Quality.

Anyways, whenever you do actually HQ an item, alot of the times the item has the name and a +1 right after and also a white box around the item showing you its a high quality item.

So with me so used to seeing +1 for 4 years now i laugh how you took something i'm so used to and applied it to figs XD and the thing is, alot of them are High Quality figs so the +1 really does apply to them lol just wanted to share that with you guys ^^
