I was reading up on www.dannychoo.com
And I found that some figures will be delayed:

GSC's Black Rock Shooter and Saber Lily Distant Avalon both which were due out this month will be delayed to October and September 2009 respectively.
Alter's Yagyu Jubei, Fate - sonic form, and Fatina have also been delayed.
Jubei and Fate will be delayed to October and Fatina will be delayed to September.
These are based on Japanese release dates.

Since Toyslogic is a US retailer, I was wondering what the new release dates would be for these figures here, since I do remember that Toyslogic's release dates were a bit later, probably due to the slow process of surface shipping from Japan.

Anyone on TL staff know the new release dates for US?

I might have to change the shipping address if it's in December.

For this two figures, we have ordered from multiple suppliers, and some of them will come the same week as in Japan, while the second one will come in the next 3 weeks. (the order in which you will receive will be based on a first come first server basis)

LOL. I seem to ask a lot of questions. Maybe I'm just compulsive.
Do you send an email when you ship the items out? Especially for preorders.

It's because I'm never always at my shipping address, since I go around a lot, but I always check my email. Also, preorders, since they come in much later after the order has been placed, they can be forgotten.

Besides that, I'm eyeballing Sora Kasugano, but I might have to wait till the end of the month before jumping in, since I'm short on cash. Meh.

Yea. I know what you mean. There are a lot of saber fans out there (I'm not one of them though, never seen Fate/Stay Night, so I wouldn't know.), and having her be delayed is a blow. Also some people have a lot of pre orders down, and since some people charge their credit cards, too many releases end up being pushed back to one month, and then some buyers aren't able to pay for it all, so they end up cancelling.

As for me, since I use paypal for my debit card, it's no big deal as everything gets paid in full (I never buy stuff if I don't have the money for it on hand at present.) but still, having a delay is a pain in the ass.

I usually take out the money from my book a month ahead of time, that way I won't get surprised when it's charge. The only problem is if I forget or something, which is rare unless the delays are for several months!

Still, I want me some Lily, and I want it now! On the bright side, at least it will be coming out closer to the nendy version, so I can stand them side-by-side sooner than usual!

And on another note, I've started watching Fate/Stay Night. So far, it's ok.
As for me, I've been eyeballing quite a few figures.

Shigure Asa Long hair ver. (which is sold out on TL)
Alice - Boost ver. (also sold out)
Alter's Narika
Kasugano Sora

And the alternative version Black rock Shooter, which still has to be announced.

It'll cost quite a bit, but I'll buy them one by one when money comes in. So far, I can knock two of those off the list, but I'll be a little more decisive about it, and give it some thought.

On topic: I hope that these delays don't affect me too much. I hate shipping stuff home. I'd much rather have it ship directly to me, to my dorm.

Hi ettendu,

Can you find out what the story is with the Golgo 13 figma?
Its one of my favorite animes and I cant wait to get this figure.
(its already been canceled on me by another site).
It just got pushed back to end of Nov. and if there is no hope in getting it, I want to know before the prices get jacked up. :/

Golgo is coming, our shipment got stuck at the Customs. I hope they will release it soon. We were suppose to have this last week.
